Step 1 Pre-Inspections

Prior to cleaning we will inspect    your  upholstery/furniture and go over what you can expect from the    cleaning. We will point out any problem areas and permanent stains.

Step 2 Area Preparation

We will prepare the area    surrounding the item to be cleaned to protect your other    furnishings.

Step 3 Pre-Vacuum

We will vacuum your item to    remove any loose dirt and soil.

Step 4: Pre-Treat

We will pre-treat your    upholstery/furniture with a special solution that breaks up and    loosens the dirt clinging to the fabrics fibers.

Step 5: Pre-Spot

Any spots that look like they    might need  additional or spot specific cleaners will be applied. We    will let  these items sit for a few minutes to give the chemicals    time to do  their job and break up the stain.

Step 6: Pre-Groom

We will gently brush the area to    loosen the soil.

Step 7: Soil Extraction and    Rinse

The dirt is extracted using a    gentle residue free rinse.

Step 8: Post-Spot

Any remaining stains will be    treated to determine if they can be removed.

Step 9: Apply Protector    (optional - additional charge)

We recommend you apply protector    to help  protect your furnishings. Protector will keep your    furnishings  looking nicer and will extend the useful life.  See our page on the importance of protector.

Step 10: Post-Cleaning    Inspection

We will inspect the    upholstery/furniture with you to ensure that you are pleased with    the results.
